PRICE LIST

1. Customers must be at least 18 years of age to participate in this program. NO CHILDREN ALLOWED IN THE BINGO HALL.

2. "Bingo at the 58" is a public-invitation Venue on Private Property.  All patrons (unless members of Post 58) are guests at this establishment.

3. Reserved seats are to remain vacant for those who paid for seats.  Reserved seats become available ONLY AFTER Game #2.

4. All customers must purchase a bingo pack prior to session or purchase a separate bingo sheets in order to sit during a session.

5. NO SPLITTING OR SHARING OF BINGO PACKS/BINGO SHEETS.

6. YOU MUST YELL "BINGO" ON THE LAST BALL CALLED. SLEPT BINGO WILL NOT BE HONORED.

7. Customers must hold winning bingo sheet for a Bingo Worker to approach and verify your win.

8. Is it the player's responsibility during the game to yell "BINGO!" loud enough for the call to hear you.  THE BINGO CALLER MUST HEAR YOU.

9. After the game closes, no other BINGOs will be honored.

10. All mobile devices must be silenced during the bingo session.  Phone conversations are not permitted in the bingo hall.  Please take your call outside of the Bingo Hall.

11. No outside food or beverages are permitted in the Bingo Hall.

12. Rude, lewd, offensive, or aggressive behavior, comments, obscenities and/or facial expressions or gestures toward bingo staff WILL NOY be tolerated, AND you will be asked to leave the premises immediately.  REFUSAL TO LEAVE WILL RESULT IN BEING BANNED, TRESPASSED BY LAW ENFORCEMENT.  NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.

13. Floor ushers will attend customers on a "first come - first served" basis. Customers will remain in their seats when pull tabs are sold on the floor.

14. Floor Ushers/Pull Tab Workers are not authorized to change currency during Pull Tab sales.  NO DENOMINATIONS OVER $50.00 WILL BE ACCEPTED.  If you require a change in denominations, please do so at the register.

15. Bingo related complaints and discrepancies will be handles by the Bingo Chairman ONLY.

16. NO POURING OF LIQUIDS INTO TRASH CANS.

17. NO REFUNDS.
